Clark’s name might be familiar as a core artist amongst the 90s iteration of the whole Hearts Of Space menagerie (alongside Michael Stearns, Kevin Braheny, Constance Demby, Robert Rich et.al) or perhaps as the shadowy figure behind the music/production on the fantastic 1984 "Songs Of Electronic Despair" LP by The Android Sisters LP on Vanguard (itself a spinoff from Clark, Thomas Lopez, & Meatball Fulton's "Ruby (The Adventures Of A Galactic Gumshoe)" Hörspiele series that begat/birthed it via their ZBS Foundation; incidentally the same imprint that issued that Ram Dass "Love Serve Remember" 6LP boxed set & the Peter Gordon / Lawrence Weiner "Deutsche Angst" tape & single... whew, enough inside baseball Jesus give it a rest) but this 1971 Private-Press set, captured & recorded around a significant performance & exhibition at the Strasenburgh Planetarium in Rochester, NY is another matter entirely, comprised of deep space drift and pitchless Electronic Sound meant for exploration of spaces inward & outward, presaging everything mentioned about by a good decade+.

In addition to the entirety of the LP in question, this replica edition includes the Soundtrack from a contemporaneous documentary-style film of the Planetarium performance itself, warts & all, in sparkling negative-fidelity including a ton of errant Moog stabs & interstitial conversation.
